✅ Eligibility Criteria for FIAS Fellowship Program 2026/27 in France (Fully Funded)
To apply for the FIAS Fellowship, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Be a citizen of any country (no nationality restrictions)
Hold a PhD degree plus at least 2 years of postdoctoral research experience (PhD training time not included)

Fulfill the mobility rule: applicants must not have lived or worked in France for more than 12 months in the three years before the deadline
