Title: Research Associate / Doctoral Student / Postdoctoral Researcher (m/f/d)
Host Institution: Technische Universität Dresden
Department: Chair of Transport Psychology, Friedrich List Faculty of Transport Sciences
Project: Roads4All – Co-creating Safer Living Roads for All
Start Date: 1 July 2025 (subject to final funding approval)
Duration: Fixed term until 30 June 2028
Workload: 75% FTE (possibility of increase based on funding availability)
Salary Scale: E13 TV-L (dependent on experience and qualifications)

🚗 Project Overview – Roads4All
This EU Horizon Europe project delves into how safety culture impacts road safety across the continent. As a researcher on the Roads4All team, you will contribute to:
Creating and validating an evidence-based model of road safety culture
Designing and evaluating safety interventions tailored to young road users
Conducting in-depth research including VR simulations, observational studies, surveys, and literature reviews
Engaging in cross-cultural fieldwork and academic collaboration throughout Europe
