- General Scholars: Must hold a high school diploma and be under 45 years of age.
- Senior Scholars: Must possess a Master’s degree or equivalent academic qualifications and be under 50 years old.
- Master’s Applicants: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old.
- PhD Applicants: Must hold a Master’s degree and be under 40 years old.
- Language Proficiency: Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency.
