To apply for the UTS 2026, applicants must:
First secure academic admission to one of the eligible UT Master’s programs for the 2026 intake.
Have been (provisionally) admitted to the program.
Meet the English language proficiency requirement:
IELTS: 6.5 overall, with at least 6.0 in speaking
TOEFL iBT: 90 overall, with at least 20 in speaking
Be eligible for an entry visa for the Netherlands.
Be a non-EU/EEA applicant (not available for Dutch nationals, EU/EEA students, or current UT students).
Wait up to 8 weeks for the scholarship results after application submission.
